Hey young drivers,

I read in the paper today that the DMV is changing the style of license for people under 21. Instead of the traditional horizontal license they are moving to a vertical license for drivers under 21. This is to remind clerks that these presenters are underage. I suppose we should stand up instead of drink up. Instead of the can, it is cannot with this vertical licenses. Maybe it means you have to be at least this tall....

What about other licenses to do activities? You have your given such as fishing and hunting. What if there was one for dating? You have to be at least this tall....
