I'm 50

Hello to all you who are weighting on me

They say there is strength in numbers and I think that refers to the number of requirements companies want in their employees.

I was looking at job descriptions the other day. It seems that every qualification for a career in some form of mail or delivery is to be able to lift 50 lbs. How did 50 lbs become the standard? In some ways it is not that heavy, but in other ways it is heavy. Sometimes even 20 lbs can seem heavy. I have worked around mail for a few years now and I have rarely seen anything that heavy. There is of course my fan mail.

I know that I am weak guy. Some people at work say that I have a little strength, but that is just because they don't want to lug the boxes themselves. There are plenty of people stronger than me. Just look at the weight machine before I get to it and then after. It always seems that the weight is set on almost as much as I weigh.

It is probably worth me working out more to increase my strength, so I can carry around all the money I want to make.
