They call it a plan

Hello to all with your listening ears.

Wendy and I are talking about changing our cell phone service. We are only about a year and a half, if that into our current plan. We want something a little cheaper. We use some of the services our phone and plan provides, but not enough to warrant the current cost.

Yesterday afternoon Wendy was on our carrier site and saw that one could change the plan with change of contract. So last night we thought we would give it a try. We look around on the site. We choose the button to change plan. We wait. For some reason it was so slow. Then we it finally loaded there were only three plans.

We did find a family plan that looked to suit our needs and it would save our money. For some reason they wanted us to update our phones. We were not sure what that meant. The phones they showed us were well over 200 dollars and into the 400s. So to save 30 dollars we would have to shell out 200?

I guess we will have to go into the store. I hope it will be a better experience than the website. We did not want to get abused why we do not like our current plan. However, the lack of personal interaction did not help us this time. A couple of times we have gone into a cell phone store we have not had the best customer service. I guess you could say they were trying to phone it in.
