weight for it

Here is something to lift your spirits. I have realized and it has been proven that I am total wimp. I figured this for a long time, but the tests results are finally in. I recently stayed in a hotel with a health/fitness club. It had a couple of machines and weights.
I tried a little bit of the weights. And I mean a little bit. A coworker was in there also and he was lifting a great deal. I could not enough budge the weights. I had to move the pin much higher. Still it was tough.
I guess we found out who the dumbbell is.

AWWWW Jon - Don't put yourself down. I am sure any of us who tried to lift the weights as you did, would have stuggled the same. Weight lifting is something that you need to do everyday. Stop pounding yourself on the head. The only weight you should be lifting is the weight for your upcoming wedding (yippee).
