Wondering Women

Ladies and Gentlemen

Not too much is going with me. What a way to start off, I suppose. It is the same ole song and dance. Unfortunately, all I know how to do is the hokey pokey.
This past weekend it was somewhat of a girls night in. I had the opportunity to hang out in college with a multitude of women. Thanks 3-1 ratio. Two of the girls came to the area for dinner and so due to my financee's birthday. So it was me and three women. We went out to eat and then back to my financee's apartment.
Somehow a long conversation was gotten into, which was completely boring to me. However most long conversations are boring to me. Perhaps it is the guy in me, it maybe the only guy thing I have, but it seemed they were talking about the same thing over and over. A point would be made and then reinterated about 15 minutes later. Fortunately, I was not involved in this conversation. Unfortunately, this conversation did not involve bikinis or the slimy substance of your choice. Only kidding, so the censors can put away their markers.
One thing I do not understand is the friend's way of saying "love you." It is similar to southern expression "Bless your heart." Both come before the person is able to say something insulting. Case in point, "You are extremely weird, but I love you." Perhaps this is why guys are so leary of hearing the word love. Guys use other four letter words, while primarily women use that particular one. You know...L-O-V-E. I suppose it is like giving a gift, it is the thought that counts.
Well here is one thought for the one, two, three. I am out of here.
Bless Your Heart! Love you too!

I love you Jon -

I feel for you that you were the only guy with 3 women. Most men would have loved that (but not in a conversation way). I am just glad that you did not fall apart and crumble. You did mention that guys use another 4 letter word; what is that word? I know women are hard to figure out, I have a hard time of figuring myself out. I love reading your blogs, they are very interesting. Once again, I love U and Bless your heart.
